Various techniques to concentrate on the areas that are related to your sport, may include myofascial release, active release therapy (ART), passive & active stretching, trigger point, to local areas of the body where the client is usually dressed in athletic attire. At Massage & Healthy Living we work extensively with athletes who want to remain competitive in marathons, cross-country, triathlons, CrossFit, yoga, football, golf, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, track & field, swimming, cycling, and/or Olympic weightlifting. We collaborate with other wellness professionals (as needed), i.e. acupuncturist, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other therapists for the best results.
