Tatiana Khlebnikova, LMBT NC 14144, has training in Medical Massage through the Ralph Stephen’s program taught at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City. Her techniques include, Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue massages and Lymphatic drainage massage. She is also certified in Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage through Claire Marie Miller’s “Nurturing the Mother” and Cupping (Myofascial Decompression).
Tatiana enjoys combining several techniques helping clients with tension headaches, thoracic outlet, carpal tunnel, sciatica symptoms, “tech-neck” and upper cross syndrome, which are increasing problems among computer users.
“Having worked in both traditional office environments and as a stay-at-home parent, I have a strong interest in helping clients address the postural effects of everyday activities such as computer work, carrying young children, and frequent driving”.
Dre Vazquez, LMBT NC 13410, is known for his masterful, integrative, non-mechanical, healing approach to bodywork and massages. His clients return regularly and are happy to refer him to people they know. From NCAA, youth athletes, cancer patients, first responders, military veterans to homemakers, Dre’s clients are from all walks of life and ages.
Dre has been a massage therapist for 16 years and is influenced by various Eastern disciplines; cupping, gua sha, thai massage, ayurveda, tai-chi, yoga, ashiatsu, martial arts, contemplative meditation/prayer, and breath-work.
Dre is a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance L1 Coach, E-RYT 200 with over 1000 hrs of teaching (experienced registered yoga teacher), NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Instructor, and is a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. Over the years Dre has attended many seminars and completed several continuing education courses in the field of massage therapy and exercise science.
Outside of treating clients, he might be at the Crossfit Homeward or Athletic Lab, coaching a class. Maybe you will run into him at the grocery store where he is buying items for his next recipe, or if you can’t find him, he may be in the studio painting, writing an article/essay, or spending some alone time with his wife and two dogs.
