“I’ve been in the massage game for 16 years so I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.  I am influenced by various Eastern disciplines; Asian styles like, cupping, gua sha, thai massage, ayurveda, tai-chi, yoga, martial arts, contemplative meditation/prayer, and breath-work to mention a few”.

Dre is a trained USA Weightlifting Sports Performance L1 Coach, E-RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher), Certified Personal Trainer, and holds a CrossFit Level 1.  Over the years Dre has attended many seminars and completed several continuing education courses in the field of massage and exercise science.  “I am still learning, and with God’s grace I plan to be in this game for another 16 years or more!”.
